Once your payment is confirmed, we typically process orders within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume periods like sales or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and an estimated fulfillment date. Note that we cannot guarantee same-day processing for orders placed after 2 pm your local time zone or on weekends/holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Times

We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, and ePacket for fast and trackable delivery. Shipping times vary based on your location and the selected method:

  • Domestic Shipping:

    • Standard: 3-7 business days

    • Expedited: 1-3 business days (currently we do not offer this)

  • International Shipping:

    • Standard: 7-20 business days (depending on country and customs)

    • Express: 3-7 business days (currently we do not offer this)

These estimates begin once your order ships (after processing). Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs processing. We ship to most countries worldwide, but please check our shipping zones during checkout for availability.

4. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method. Rates are transparent and powered by real-time carrier pricing to ensure accuracy.

  • Flat rates apply for standard shipping

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 USD

  • Certain custom duties and taxes may be paid by the customer upon delivery (DDP where possible)

We do not cover additional fees like import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees— these are the customer's responsibility.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. You can monitor your package via the carrier's website or our order status page. Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear. If your package shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

6. International Shipping and Restrictions

We ship globally, but some restrictions apply:

  • Prohibited items: Hazardous materials, weapons, or perishable goods (see our prohibited items list).

  • Limited shipping: Certain countries (e.g., APO/FPO addresses) may not be supported—check at checkout.

  • Customs: Delays or holds can occur; we mark packages as "gift" where allowed to minimize fees, but cannot control customs decisions.

For EU customers, we comply with VAT regulations, and rates reflect this.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated time + 10 days, file a claim with us. We'll investigate and replace or refund once confirmed lost (typically 14-30 days).

  • Damaged Items: Inspect packages upon arrival. Report issues within 7 days with photos via email. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • Delays: We're not liable for carrier-induced delays, but we'll work with you to resolve issues.

8. Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

  • Order Changes/Cancellations: Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase via email. After processing, changes are not possible.

  • Returns: Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a refund (shipping costs non-refundable). See our full Return and Refund Policy for details.

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
