Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return window from delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags. Eligible returns qualify for a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs). Email support@kirbybuys.com within 14 days to start. See Return and Refund Policy.
Q: How do I return an item?
A: Follow these steps:
- Contact support@kirbybuys.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive a return label and packing instructions.
- Ship the unused item in original packaging within 7 days using a tracked service.
- You are responsible for the return shipping.
- After inspection (up to 7 business days), expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Q: Can I return personalized or sale items?
