A: Yes! Get free shipping on orders over $100. Orders under $100 have standard shipping fees, shown at checkout. Most domestic orders ship within 5-10 business days or 10-20 business days internationally. Track your order with the tracking number on the order confirmation email.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! International orders take 10-20 business days, and customs fees may apply to you.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Domestic orders typically arrive in 3-7 business days after processing (1-2 business days). International orders may take 10-20 business days due to customs. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We offer a 14-day return window from delivery for unused items in original packaging with tags. Eligible returns qualify for a full refund of the item price (excluding shipping costs). Email support@kirbybuys.com within 14 days to initiate the return. See Return and Refund Policy.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Follow these steps:

  1. Contact support@kirbybuys.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive a return label and packing instructions.
  3. Ship the unused item in original packaging within 7 days using a tracked service.
  4. You are responsible for the return shipping.
  5. After inspection (up to 7 business days), expect a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Q: Can I return personalized or sale items?

A: Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Hygiene-related items if opened or used.

  • Final-sale or discounted items from promotions.

  • Perishable or hazardous goods

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?

A: Inspect your package upon delivery. Report damages within 48 hours with photos and/or videos and email to support@kirbybuys.com. We may provide a replacement or refund after we assess the damage.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. Original shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable. Use insured, tracked shipping for safety.

Q: How do I get 10% off my first order?

Please note that, the Shop (purple button) currently only accepts Amex, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay. For alternative payment methods, check out on our website and sign in, create an account, or check out as guest at the checkout page if you have already logged in via Shop.

Q: Can I pay for my order in instalments?

A: No. Currently we do not have this payment scheme.
