Rewards Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

Welcome to KirbyBuys Rewards Program (the "Program") offered by KirbyBuys ("we," "us," or "our"). The Program allows eligible customers to earn, accumulate, and redeem KirbyBuys points for rewards like discounts on purchases at kirbybuys.com (the "Site"). By enrolling to the Program, you agree to these Rewards Terms & Conditions ("Rewards Terms"), our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not enrol.

These Rewards Terms form part of our Terms of Service. In case of conflict, these Rewards Terms control for Program matters. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or Site posting and continued participation means acceptance.

2. Eligibility and Enrolment

  • Who Can Join: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have a valid account on the Site. The Program can be void where prohibited by law. Employees, affiliates, and their immediate families are ineligible.

  • How to Enrol: Create or log into your Site account and opt in via the KirbyBuys Rewards dashboard. Enrolment is free and automatic upon opt-in. One account per person/email; duplicate accounts may result in forfeiture.

  • Termination: We may suspend or terminate your participation for violations (e.g., fraud) without notice. You may opt out anytime via your account settings.

3. Earning Points

  • How to Earn: Earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases (pre-tax/shipping). Exclusions: Gift cards, taxes, shipping, returns, or prior purchases.

  • Accrual: Points post within 48 hours of order shipment. Track via your account dashboard.

  • Limits: There is no maximum points you can earn per calendar month. We reserve the right to adjust rates with notice.

4. Redeeming Points

  • How to Redeem: Use points for discounts at checkout (e.g., 10 points = $1 off). Minimum redemption: 10 points. Applies only to minimum checkout order total above $100 USD; no cash value or change given.

  • Limits: One redemption per transaction; max $100 discount per order. Points cannot be combined with certain promotions (see Terms of Service Section 5).

  • Process: Select rewards at checkout; auto-applied if sufficient balance.

5. Expiration and Forfeiture

  • Expiration: Points have no expiry after earning.

  • Forfeiture: Points are forfeited upon account closure, Program termination, or violations (e.g., abuse, fraud). No refunds for expired/forfeited points.

  • Notification: We will email reminders 30 days before any applicable expiration or forfeiture. 

6. Program Changes and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or end the Program anytime, with 30 days' notice via email or Site. Existing points may be grandfathered, but we reserve the right to adjust. Upon termination, unredeemed points expire.

7. Limitations and Liability

  • Non-Transferable: Points are personal and non-transferable

  • No Warranty: Program provided "as is." We're not liable for technical issues, lost points, or indirect damages.

  • Taxes: You’re responsible for any taxes on rewards.

  • Governing Law: Same as Terms of Service. Disputes via arbitration per Terms of Service.

8. General

The KirbyBuys Rewards Program is fully integrated with the features and functionality of kirbybuys.com. Certain aspects of the program, including the tracking of points and activity, rely on cookies and similar technologies; please refer to our Cookie Policy for complete details. KirbyBuys points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with any other offer unless expressly stated.

9. Headings

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms. 

10. Changes of Rewards Terms and Conditions 

You can review the most current version of the Rewards Terms and Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Rewards Terns and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. We will notify you of any material changes to these Rewards Terms in accordance with applicable law, and such changes will be effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Rewards Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If any provision of these Rewards Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
